On Tuesday, the Bas-Rhin gendarmerie issued an appeal to witnesses after eight people claimed they were "stung" at a concert by PLK at Zenith in Strasbourg on Saturday night. "The Bas-Rhin Gendarmerie said that an investigation was conducted jointly by the Wolfisheim Gendarmerie Brigade as well as the Strasbourg Research Brigade. This is still ongoing to identify the perpetrators.
This indicates that an individual was arrested at the conclusion of the concert, but no element implicating him was held against him and he was released. Anybody with information is welcome to contact the Wolfisheim Gendarmerie or Strasbourg Research Brigade.
After "comments and videos of the arrested" were posted to social media, the Bas-Rhin Gendarmerie stated that "discretion is required in this type of investigation". In recent months, a strange wave of stings erupted at bars, nightclubs and festivals all over the country.
