Endless wins: Daniel Hartwich presents "Without Limits"

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? In the quiz show "Ohne Limit" that's not the question, because at least theoretically the candidates can win a lot more here. The new RTL format with Daniel Hartwich will soon be on the air.

Daniel Hartwich will soon be leading through a new primetime show on RTL (also available on RTL). The first two editions of "Ohne Limit" will be recorded in Cologne in September. "The broadcast is scheduled for the winter," announced RTL. Candidates who will compete in teams of two can currently still apply to the production company Endemol Shine Germany.

The candidate couples have the chance to "change their lives forever," the broadcaster explains in the announcement. After all, the profit ladder in the show never ends - "if the answers are correct".

Specifically, the answer to a question asked on the show is always a number, it says. "The aim of the game is to get as close as possible to the correct answer without exceeding it," said RTL. The closer the candidates are in number, the higher they climb. But there is only money for an exact answer. On the other hand, if the pairs exceed the number, the game is lost.

"Ohne Limit" is based on the successful British format "Limitless Win". In the UK, the show is run by cult duo Ant

As far as the German jungle camp issue is concerned, Daniel Hartwich shocked his fans at the beginning of the year with the announcement that after the 15th season he was leaving as moderator alongside Sonja Zietlow "for family reasons". The two had been in front of the camera for the format since 2013. Moderator Jan Köppen will follow in his footsteps.
