Retired Chicago Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood and his wife, Sarah, have gotten aggressive in marketing their five-bedroom, Beaux Arts-style mansion on the North Side, knocking $200,000 off their asking price just weeks after they brought it back on the market.

After a hiatus, the Woods, who now own a $4.2 million, newly built, six-bedroom, 11,000-square-foot French Revival-style mansion in Winnetka, brought their home in the Ranch Triangle neighborhood of the Lincoln Park community area back on the market Feb. 1 for $3.25 million. Then, on Wednesday, they cut Setrabet their asking price to $3.05 million.
