The National Police has opened an investigation into an alleged group sexual assault on a minor in Ferrol last March, for which five young people have been questioned, all of them under 18 years of age and of whom two remain hospitalized in a juvenile center. Sources of the case told Efe this Friday.
The facts, they have detailed, go back to last March and led to a complaint from the relatives of the attacked, who recounted what happened days after the event, which occurred in the house of a member of his gang from which they had been absent. their parents for a weekend.
The same sources have explained that the agents summoned relatives of those involved to find out more details about the incident and have indicated that the alleged perpetrators of the attack are between 14 and 15 years old.
Likewise, several more minors have transferred their alert for similar events, which would be linked to the same suspects, and have stressed that the main complainant would have been seized and taken to a bedroom, where she resisted the group's attempt to undress her.
Her screams, they have remarked, allowed other members of the gang present in the house to come to help her, while her complaint made it possible for the National Police to analyze the mobile phones of those involved, in which they found audiovisual material about the event.
