Her kids' boxing coach: He is said to be Madonna's new boyfriend

Earlier this year, Madonna split from her boyfriend. Since then she has been officially single. Now the 64-year-old is said to be dating her children's boxing coach. He is six years older than her ex and has been uploading photos together on social media for some time.

Madonna recently made headlines with a sad message when she first publicly commented on the death of her brother Anthony Ciccone. The 66-year-old was homeless and an alcoholic for a long time. He was also a "difficult character," according to Madonna's brother-in-law. She herself thanked him for having "set the musical course" for her.

But now there is at least something positive to report from her love life: The Queen of Pop is said to be newly in love. As reported by the British "Daily Mail", among others, the 64-year-old may have been dating Josh Popper, a professional boxer, for a long time.

Madonna first appeared on the 29-year-old athlete's Instagram profile in February. The picture shows Popper after a successful fight, Madonna clutching his forearm in an intimate pose. And she can also be seen in a group photo from the same day. Around the same time, rumors began to surface that she had split from her 23-year-old boyfriend, model Andrew Darnell. According to the Daily Mail, she and Popper met because he is coaching one of her sons.

Josh Popper was invited to a tryout with NFL team Arizona Cardinals in 2016 when he was 22 after a college football career. Today, however, he runs a boxing club in Manhattan. Last year he also appeared in an episode of the US reality TV series Summer House, in which singles are looking for a partner.

Madonna is currently preparing for her anniversary world tour, which will also take her to Germany for several concerts. After the "rapid sell-out" of the shows in Cologne on November 15 and Berlin on November 28 and "due to overwhelming demand", there are additional shows in both cities. On November 16, the 64-year-old will play again in the Lanxess Arena in Cologne and on November 29 another gig in the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin.
