Hesse: activists occupy the university lecture hall in Frankfurt

Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - Student activists have occupied a lecture hall at Frankfurt's Goethe University. The group called "End Fossil: Occupy Frankfurt" said it called for more climate justice, better study conditions for refugees and affordable housing on Tuesday. The list also includes not eating meat in the canteen. The university confirmed the occupation. The group of around 30 participants is staying on the Westend campus, it said. The presidium of the university wants to discuss a reaction.
