Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) - Transport Minister Tarek Al-Wazir (Greens) wants to report on cycle and footpath projects in Hesse this Wednesday (10 a.m.). Since 2017, the state's local mobility guidelines have regulated the funding of the municipalities for the implementation of these projects. The cities, municipalities and rural districts are also given technical support through advice and quality standards. After five years, the guideline was evaluated and extended until 2029. At the meeting in Wiesbaden, Minister Al-Wazir will give an outlook on the adjustments to the revised guideline.
