Roßdorf (dpa/lhe) - Three unknown men are said to have threatened a 62-year-old with a gun early Tuesday morning and stole several thousand euros from him. The man came in Roßdorf (Darmstadt-Dieburg district) just out of a game library and was on his way to his apartment, the police said. The unknown trio is said to have followed him home, pulled out the gun and demanded the 62-year-old's money.
The perpetrators wore balaclavas during the robbery. The search for the fugitive men was initially unsuccessful. "It's all still quite daring," said a police spokeswoman. Officials are hoping for witnesses who saw something suspicious.
