Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - Because he attacked passengers on a bus in the dispute over his missing corona face mask, a 29-year-old had to answer in court for the second time on Wednesday (9.15 a.m.). The District Court of Frankfurt/Main had sentenced him to 16 months imprisonment without probation, against which he had appealed. The district court is now dealing with the case.
In December last year, the accused attacked a passenger in Frankfurt/Main with two punches. The heavily intoxicated man also attacked the police officers notified by the driver. The Appeals Chamber wants to complete the process in one hearing day.
