Offenbach (dpa/lhe) - After a rainy weekend, people in Hesse are starting into a cloudy and mostly dry new week. In the early morning hours of Monday, locally dense fields of fog formed with a visibility of sometimes less than 150 meters, as reported by the German Weather Service (DWD) in Offenbach on Sunday. In the course of the day, however, there are also longer sunny periods with maximum values of up to 18 degrees. During the night on Tuesday, fog formed again in places at low temperatures of up to three degrees.
After a foggy start, Tuesday will be clear to cloudy and mostly dry with maximum temperatures of up to 19 degrees. The night on Wednesday will be slightly cloudy, with fog forming in places in valleys. Temperatures drop to six degrees. Wednesday also starts with fog before the day becomes clear and dry with up to 24 degrees.
