Offenbach (dpa / lhe) - In Hesse, people can expect rainy and cloudy weather on the days before Christmas. On Wednesday morning there will still be occasional rain, the afternoon will then remain mostly free of precipitation, as the German Weather Service (DWD) in Offenbach announced. Maximum temperatures between six and ten degrees are reached. There may be isolated gusts in the mountains.
The low temperatures on Thursday night are between seven degrees on the Main and three degrees in the higher mountains. Thursday will remain overcast and rainy, with highs of eight to eleven degrees. At high altitudes, the maximum temperatures are six degrees. Stormy gusts are to be expected in the mountains. On Friday, the meteorologists expect continuous rain and lots of clouds.
