Bensheim (dpa / lhe) - A 63-year-old construction worker was trapped under a 1.5-ton concrete part during construction work in Bensheim in southern Hesse. The man was seriously injured, the police reported on Monday. But there is no danger to life.
According to the information, the concrete part had fallen over and had hit the man on the lower body, so that he had to be freed by his colleagues. He was taken to a hospital in a rescue helicopter. The police are now investigating the exact course of the accident.
