Friedrichsdorf (dpa / lhe) - The body of a previously unidentified man was found in Friedrichsdorf (Hochtaunuskreis). A violent crime cannot be ruled out at this point in time, said the West Hesse police headquarters in Wiesbaden on Wednesday. According to the information, the cause of death is just as unclear as the identity of the dead man found in a bush near a sports field last Friday. The area was searched on the day of the discovery and the man's body was autopsied.

On Wednesday, the police and fire brigade were looking for further traces and everything "that could have anything to do with finding the body".
