Hesse: driving through several gardens: the driver loses control

Bad Homburg (dpa/lhe) - A driver drove her car through more than six front gardens in Bad Homburg and broke through their boundary fences. The 44-year-old woman lost control of her car on Friday morning in the Ober-Erlenbach district for reasons that have not yet been explained and got off the road, the police said. She then drove through several front yards and crashed through perimeter fences. She damaged parts of the building and came to a standstill on a house wall. According to initial estimates, the total damage amounts to several tens of thousands of euros.

The driver and her passenger were treated on site, and the 44-year-old was taken to the hospital. Blood was taken from her there because of concrete evidence of drug use.
