Hesse: Eight-year-old is hit by a car and seriously injured

Fulda (dpa/lhe) - An eight-year-old boy was hit by a car while crossing a street in Fulda and was seriously injured. According to the police, the student had overlooked the vehicle coming from the right on Friday afternoon. The collision threw him across the dual carriageway. He was taken to a hospital. A friend who accompanied the eight-year-old was not injured, police said on Saturday.
