Hesse: fire brigade pulls dead from Main: identity unclear

Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - A dead man was discovered in the Main near Frankfurt on Tuesday. Firefighters pulled the body out of the river, a spokesman for the Frankfurt police said. It was initially unclear whether it was a man or a woman. It was also unclear how the person died. In the afternoon, a pedestrian saw the lifeless body floating in the river near the Sindlingen district and alerted the police.
