Hesse: four-year-old seriously injured in a bicycle collision

Friedrichsdorf (dpa / lhe) - A four-year-old girl was seriously injured in a bicycle collision in Friedrichsdorf (Hochtaunuskreis). A 59-year-old cyclist and the girl who was riding a children's bike collided on Sunday, according to the West Hesse police headquarters on Monday. The cyclist drove from a nearby road onto the square, the girl in the opposite direction when the collision occurred. The cause is so far unclear. The four-year-old was taken to a hospital by paramedics. The man was slightly injured.
