The public prosecutor accuses the 51-year-old former managing director of the company from Heusenstamm in southern Hesse of serious fraud and money laundering. PIM Gold GmbH is said to have concluded supply contracts with customers from 2016 to September 2019, including promises of bonuses for gold, but then failed to fulfill them.
