Kassel (dpa / lhe) - A fire in a recycling plant in Kassel caused a lot of damage. According to initial estimates, it is in the lower six-digit range, as the fire brigade announced on Sunday evening. The fire broke out in a commercial building. Several employed old cars caught fire there on Sunday afternoon. When firefighters arrived, the flames had already spread to the building.
The 63 emergency services were able to prevent the fire from spreading further. One firefighter was slightly injured while fighting the fire. He got him into a clinic. So there were no other injuries. The cause of fire was unclear for the moment.
