Baunatal (dpa/lhe) - A man with camouflage clothing and a balaclava arranged for a police operation in Baunatal on Tuesday morning. The police in Kassel said that several concerned citizens had informed the emergency call about the threatening man who had been seen in several places in the city.

A police patrol was able to stop him shortly afterwards, and the 36-year-old didn't have any weapons or other dangerous objects with him. According to the announcement, he stated that he had an affinity with the Bundeswehr and therefore completed a cross-country run through Baunatal.
