Bad Homburg (dpa/lhe) - When a car collided with a bus on Monday afternoon near Ober-Erlenbach (Hochtaunuskreis), eight people were injured, one of them seriously. According to the police, the driver of the bus had overlooked the car of a 40-year-old man and gave him the right of way when he wanted to turn left onto a state road. The 40-year-old suffered serious injuries in the collision and had to be taken to the hospital. Seven of the 15 passengers on the bus suffered minor injuries. They received first aid at the scene of the accident, and further treatment in the hospital was not necessary. The car was a total loss and had to be towed away. The road was closed for around two hours after the accident.
