Hesse: Right of way disregarded: five seriously injured

Crumstadt (dpa / lhe) - When three cars collided in Riedstadt (Groß-Gerau district), five people were seriously injured. A 54-year-old woman ignored the right of way of a 66-year-old driver with her car, the police said on Thursday evening. When the two vehicles collided, the car of the alleged accident driver was pushed against another car. Both the 54-year-old and all four occupants in the 66-year-old's car were seriously injured in hospitals. The scene of the accident was closed for two hours.
