Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) - According to Minister of Education Alexander Lorz (CDU) in Hesse, the implementation of the digital pact for schools is already well advanced. 97 percent of the funds requested have now been approved, the Minister of Education reported on Tuesday in the Hessian state parliament in Wiesbaden.
The Digital Pact for Schools is a federal funding program for the development of digital infrastructures in schools. In Hesse, the digital pact with state and school funding was increased to around 500 million euros and its three additional agreements with state funds each increased to 50 million euros.
