Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) - The Irish show jumper Cian O'Connor also won an international jumping event at the tournament in Wiesbaden on Whit Sunday. With his horse Taj Mahal, he was clear in the jump-off at the Hessian Prime Minister's Prize in a time of 47.52 seconds. He won just ahead of the Brazilian Bernard Cardoso De Resende Alves with El Torreo De Muze, who rode a touch slower (47.91). Third place also went to an Irishman with Max Wachman and Quintini (0/48.88).
O'Connor had already won the main test on the jumping arena the day before. The highlight for the show jumpers is the Grand Prix on Monday afternoon.
