Offenbach (dpa/lhe) - In addition to maximum values of up to 38 degrees Celsius, the Hessians have to be prepared for strong thunderstorms and sometimes storms. The German Weather Service (DWD) in Offenbach announced that Wednesday would start sunny and clear. In the afternoon the first clouds are expected, later showers and thunderstorms. Local thunderstorms with hail and squalls are also possible. The maximum values are between 32 and 38 degrees Celsius. In the night to Thursday, the showers could last, especially in the north. Temperatures drop to 19 to 14 degrees.
According to the DWD, it will be clear to cloudy on Thursday. Occasional short showers are expected, but mostly it will remain dry. The temperatures reach a maximum of 25 to 31 degrees.
