Hesse: Two-year-old seriously injured in an eight-meter fall

Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) - In Wiesbaden, a two-year-old girl was seriously injured in a fall from a height of about eight meters. According to initial information, the child climbed onto a window sill in his room on the second floor of an apartment building, the police said on Sunday. It then fell through the open window onto a lawn in front of the house. The girl is being treated in a hospital and her life is not in danger. How exactly the accident could have happened on Friday is now being determined, the police said.
