Hesse: van catches fire on the highway

Hattenbach (dpa / lhe) - A small van caught fire on Autobahn 7 in the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district and triggered a complete closure in the north direction. The 39-year-old driver of the van was able to get out of the car unharmed, the police said on Friday night. One lane was damaged, a police spokesman said. The other lanes were released again. The cause of fire was unclear for the moment.
