Gießen (dpa/lhe) - A 28-year-old was hit by a car while crossing a street in Gießen on Sunday night and was killed. The man died from his serious injuries in the accident in the hospital, the police said in Gießen. The driver initially fled the scene of the accident in his car. However, the 40-year-old was arrested a little later.
