Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - After an explosion in a Frankfurt café with several injuries and high property damage, a 62-year-old employee of the restaurant has to answer to the Frankfurt district court from this Tuesday (from 11 a.m.). The prosecution charges him with negligently causing an explosives explosion. According to this, in June 2016 he gave a colleague an alleged cleaning agent for a refrigerator, which turned out to be a highly explosive mixture and detonated. The woman suffered severe burns, and some guests were also injured. There was property damage of around 150,000 euros. The court wants to complete the process in one hearing day.
