Thus, it is also recommended that the air conditioning equipment distribute heat to the ground in winter. Quite the opposite of that in summer when it is recommended to focus it on the ceiling.
Once it's time to go to sleep, it is recommended to keep the room at temperatures between 15 and 17 degrees.
