Jauch falls away from faith: celebrity special becomes "big cock show"

"People! Our big tail show" – that's not how Günther Jauch imagined the WWM celebrity special. Andrea Kiewel's embarrassing mistake about her life and Jauch's arrogant moment ("I never needed one") complete the picture.

It started with the so-called tail words. A "tornado toilet" later, Günther Jauch should be in "Who wants to be a millionaire?" ask what a master has on the underside of his tail (only bunnies were searched). The moderator's usual doubts about his editing of questions increased. "Guys! Our big cock show," he reprimanded in the big celebrity special. In the end, however, the host had to admit defeat and admit: "In the prostate, toilet, diarrhea, tail and stomach ache areas, we covered everything today." "A cultural show," praised Bastian Bielendorfer.

The "Teacher's Child" author and "Let's Dance" candidate started his career on October 4, 2010 on "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" began. "I still remember you. Twelve years ago he sat here as a perfectly normal candidate," Jauch welcomed the guest from Cologne. At the time, he raised 32,000 euros. "Or as my father said: A sum that our dog would have earned," reported Bielendorfer.

At that time he had claimed at Jauch that he had a finished book about his experiences as a teacher's child in the drawer. That was a lie. But when publishers called him after the performance, the book was ready in no time at all. "I have an eternal debt of gratitude to this show," said the comedian. He was able to give something back in the celebrity special and earned 64,000 euros for children in need. He at least wanted to surpass his result from last time, announced Bielendorfer and decided against gambling: "I can't continue playing there with a clear conscience."

Max Mutzke also fetched 64,000 euros at the beginning of the long WWM special. Jauch spared the prominent guests the ride through the selection round this time and instead just put them on the hot seat. The fact that Mutzke wasn't enough was also due to the "tail words" for 32,000 euros. His additional joker guessed that expressions such as YouTuber or Ferraristi were meant, i.e. brand names extended by one syllable.

The suspicious Jauch asked the other viewer who had reported. He imagined "tail words" as something like "wobbler dachshund". Mutzke preferred to draw the 50:50 joker, both favorite jokers fell away. He therefore correctly decided on the variant "Bus

The third 64,000 euro winner of the evening on "Who wants to be a millionaire" was Jan Köppen. With the new "I'm a star, get me out of here" moderator, Jauch then became more violent than almost any other candidate in the long history of the RTL quiz show. When it came to the stable side position for 2000 euros, the host felt reminded of his big first aid program: "A huge flop, nobody wanted to see."

But something was obviously stuck. Because although his first aid course was an estimated 50 years ago, Jauch managed to skillfully maneuver his RTL colleague into a stable side position after he had fallen dramatically to the ground. A later question then revealed that the journalist Günther Jauch does not have a press card. Why? "I say in all arrogance: I never needed one," said the moderator. "I still don't have any business cards."

Incidentally, Andrea Kiewel was once a guest on Jauch's first aid program. The "Fernsehgarten" presenter was the winner of the evening in the celebrity special with 125,000 euros. When she was asked the 2,000 euro question, she knew spontaneously that the trend in toilet bowls is towards models without a flushing rim. "It's called a tornado toilet," Bielendorfer was able to report. "The sausage dances through. I have it at home. The salesman in the shop sold it to me with the explanation." Kiewel and Jauch hung in their chairs, weak with laughter.

Maybe that's why the WWM celebrity special got a little out of hand afterwards. "We're breaking up with this photo," announced Jauch when asked the 16,000 euro question. "I have to log in first!",kievel tried to stop him. She herself was a bit off the mark when she related Jauch's transition to "RTL Direkt" to herself. "Now we can actually devote ourselves to the most important thing and the current thing of the day," Jauch wanted to transition to the news program. "My love life?" Kievel asked. The visibly amused moderator scolded gently: "There are things that may be even more important to the rest of the world." Apparently only then did the penny drop at Kievel. "Oh god, is that embarrassing," she wriggled in her chair again.

In the end, the celebrities earned a total of 317,000 euros at Jauch. That was decent compared to the previous editions of the special, but unfortunately only half as much as the celebrity special a year earlier. At that time, Barbara Schöneberger, Thomas Gottschalk and Oliver Pocher each got 125,000 euros. Anke Engelke fell spectacularly to 1000 euros. "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" will also pause the regular issues for the next few weeks.
