Jean-Michel Blanquer was eliminated in round one in Loiret.

Jean-Michel Blanquer was the former Minister of National Education. He was invested by the presidential majority from the 4th constituency in Loiret. Blanquer is now out of office in the first round.

He finished third (18.89%) in this constituency favorable for the National Rally, behind Thomas Menage (31.45%), and Nupes Bruno Notin (19.43%).

All the results from the first round are available here:

Jean-Michel Blanquer had been through a difficult legislative campaign marked by a jet full of whipped cream. In this constituency, we followed him:

When "the Obs" asked him about the anger he was feeling, he replied that he was trying to "deflate extreme votes, to pacify". He failed.
