Among other things, the journalists come across applications for evidence rejected by the court, some of which are difficult. Latest revelation, including from "Page Six": Heard's legal team wanted to address Johnny Depp's alleged erectile dysfunction in the courtroom.

A list of medications should have been presented as evidence of his suffering. The Heard team's chain of arguments: Depp's medical condition is relevant to the trial, as this could explain why he became violent towards Heard - including sexualized violence. Because of his condition, he would have penetrated Heard with a bottle, among other things. In addition, erectile dysfunction is the cause of his profound aggression towards Heard.

According to the documents, the answer from the Depp team was not long in coming. Heard would want to put on a "circus" and deliberately drag out clearly lewd things in public. Heard also claimed in court that Depp raped her multiple times with a bottle in Australia in 2015. The accused, on the other hand, testified that he was not perfect, but that he had never committed sexual assault or physical abuse in his life. It was "outrageous" and "outrageous" stories that Heard would bring up against him.

Another juicy detail from the encrypted files: the former boss of Amber Heard's sister Whitney Henriquez is said to have testified that Henriquez told her that Heard cut off Depp's finger. The court had differing accounts of the incident. Heard has always denied that she had anything to do with the accident, saying instead that Depp sustained the injury himself.

Also, the documents reveal that Amber Heard could have asked for far more money from Johnny Depp when the couple divorced. She argued that this was proof she didn't care about money. Depp, in turn, wanted to tell the court that Heard worked as an "exotic dancer" to earn money.

SMS messages between Depp and his friend, musician Marilyn Manson, can also be found in the encrypted documents. Manson Depp is said to have asked for help because his girlfriend was "Amber 2.0". Manson has been accused of sexual violence by several women.

In early June, Depp won the defamation lawsuit against Heard after around six weeks of the trial. He sued her for $50 million for an article she published in the Washington Post in 2018. In it, she claimed to be a victim of domestic and sexualized violence. She did not mention her ex-husband by name. Depp said the post still ruined his career, damaged his reputation and cost him a lot of money. Heard then filed a $100 million counterclaim against her ex.

Amber Heard was sentenced to pay more than $10 million in damages. Johnny Depp has to pay her two million dollars. Amber Heard and her legal team have appealed the verdict.
