Justice. Sophie Tissier filed a complaint against Eric Coquerel

There's a problem. Sophie Tissier posted photos to Twitter to prove that it was true. Eric Coquerel was accused of sexual harassment.

According to the complaint Sophie Tissier denounces sexual harassment and gestures similar to a Grenoble-based sexual assault on August 23, 2014. She tweeted, "There are witnesses." Coquerel is aware in his heart that Coquerel lies...

She recounted her encounter with him at a party in 2014. He claimed that she had "a wandering hands all night". This gesture could, if necessary, be legalized as sexual assault. The consumption of alcohol could also be considered aggravating circumstances.

She wrote the following tweet: "I know because of what I've been through. I attest. (...) I experienced a profound malaise and did not know what to do. He didn't care that I was refusing to listen. He didn't care."

The politician decided to respond with an online column in the Journal du Dimanche on Saturday evening. He explained that he had never used violence or psychological coercion to get a report.

He also noted that no public testimony or results of serious journalistic investigations had been published in the past five years. "Our society must transform itself, while not falling into rumour. Public questioning should be prohibited without a detailed, identifiable, and verified report. This respects the voice of women. It could lead to arbitrariness or the reactionary. There is no smoke without fire," he said, a passionate supporter of the movement.

These accusations were rejected by Eric Coquerel who was a guest on Sunday's BFMTV set. He denied ever having "harassment" and said that Damien Abad (Minister of Solidarity) should resign.

The Insoumis deputy Seine-Saint-Denis was subject to numerous attacks on social media, often anonymously, about his inappropriate behavior toward women even before he was elected to the presidency of powerful Finance Committee of National Assembly.

Rokhaya Diallo (on RTL) was the feminist activist who made it to the table just hours after she won her election. Many times I've heard from women about his behavior with women. These are the things that have been repeated (...) so I'm very surprised at this decision, she said.
