Katie Price Speeding Charge dismissed by Court

Magistrates dismissed two charges against Katie Price, a former glamour model and reality TV star, for her role in the disappearance of glamour.

Ms Price, 44 years old, was charged with two counts of exceeding 60mph on September 13th and one count failing to provide information on January 26th.

Crawley Magistrates Court heard no evidence on Monday. The case was therefore dismissed.

Ms. Price was unable to attend the hearing that was supposed to be held on Tuesday, but was moved forward.

Ms. Price was sentenced to a suspended sentence in December after she crashed her BMW near Partridge Green, West Sussex.

A 16-week sentence was imposed on her, which was suspended for 12 month. She was required to complete 100 hours of unpaid labor and 20 rehabilitation activities within the next 12 months.

Additionally, she was disqualified from driving for two consecutive years.

In June, she avoided possible jail time by pleading guilty in breach of a restraining or against her ex-husband's fiancée.

Instead, she was issued a community order and instructed to pay PS1,500 at Lewes Crown Court.
