Residents of rue Armand-Dulamon must have been awakened by the noise. Monday, May 30th, in the evening, police are called to report damage to vehicles parked on the street. The police found a badly damaged vehicle's front end on the spot.
A Montois, a Montois born in 1998 and with 0.92 mgs of alcohol in his breath, was driving the car. The young man was taken into police custody and admitted to hitting several cars on the street. He also ended his race by hitting a wall.
He will be tried soon in the context of an appearance hearing for prior admissions of guilt. He was released in the interim.
