Château Ollieux Romanis Alba 2017 Corbières Pierre Bories is an enterprising owner who constantly shakes up the appellation. It produces top-flight cuvées, including this novelty. A Corbières with an astonishing profile, vinified with as little sulfur as possible, fresh and fruity. Nice sap and good digestibility. 30€.

Domaine Ollier Taillefer Castel Fossibus 2015 Faugères (organic) On this beautiful terroir of shale, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and a touch of Carignan form a delightful cocktail. A wine with a very dark robe, imbued with a power that fades in favor of notes of black fruits and a long spicy and slightly smoky finish. €15.

Domaine Gayda Chemin de Moscow 2015 IGP Pays d'Oc This cuvée bears the name of a plot where a tree named Moscow served as a landmark for Aéropostale airmen... With its dark color and explosive aromas of red fruits, this blend of syrah (dominant), grenache and cinsault holds high the banner of the cru. €21.50.

Château de Rey Les Galetsroulées 2018 white Côtes-du-roussillon This Roussillon property offers three cuvées, including this white where white grenache and roussanne are in parity. Vines that are 45 years old on average, followed by aging for six months in French oak barrels give it floral and lightly toasted touches. €18.
