Rostock (dpa / mv) - Second division football club FC Hansa Rostock has to do without its new signing Sebastien Thill for several weeks. The Luxembourg international tore a ligament and capsule in an ankle in the opening game against 1. FC Heidenheim (0-1) last Sunday. The club announced on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old Thill came to Rostock as a beacon of hope and was supposed to take the lead in attacking midfield after Hanno Behrens' surprising move to Thailand. Rostock may have to look around the transfer market again.
