Rostock (dpa/mv) - Before the meeting of the committee on Wednesday evening, the chairwoman of the Rostock Buga Committee, Jana Blaschka, once again spoke out in favor of moving the Federal Garden Show to 2026. This is still possible after the meeting of the Buga supervisory board on Tuesday, Blaschka told the dpa on Wednesday. She also assumes that a solution can be found at a later date to the issue of the payment of state and federal subsidies.
After the meeting of the Buga supervisory board on Tuesday, it became known that the Federal Horticultural Show, with its now only four major projects, would no longer be possible in 2025. In particular, the Warnow Bridge, the heart of the Buga, could not be completed on time.
