Schwerin (dpa/mv) - The administrative court in Schwerin has to clarify on Thursday whether a childminder with connections to the right-wing extremist NPD is allowed to practice her profession. According to the court, the authority in the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim argued that "acting as a childminder is opposed to the fact that damaging ideological influence on the children to be cared for cannot be ruled out". The authority had refused the woman the operating permit. The hearing in Schwerin is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
