The head of the Lützow-Lübstorf office had previously prohibited the man from continuing his official business because there was suspicion of serious misconduct. The decree, which will be valid from December 15, 2022, will remain in effect for the time being. However, the decision is not yet final, an appeal to the Higher Administrative Court is possible.
