Greifswald (dpa/mv) - The Higher Administrative Court of Greifswald is hearing today (10 a.m.) about a lawsuit against individual regulations in two Corona regulations from April 2020 and May 2021. Specifically, it is about the entry ban and exit requirement for second home owners in Mecklenburg- Western Pomerania. The plaintiff is a second home owner whose primary residence is outside of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. People from other federal states were temporarily only allowed to enter MV in 2020 and 2021 if they also had their primary residence there. There were exceptions when visiting the core family, which included children, parents, siblings and life partners.
