Barth (dpa / mv) - Firefighters discovered a dead person in a garage fire in Barth (West Pomerania-Rügen). As a police spokesman said on Tuesday, the fire broke out in the garage in the morning, which is part of a larger garage complex in the south of the city. Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames before the fire spread to other garages. After that, the body of a man was discovered there. This could not be identified because of the burns. A car was not covered. The cause of the fire is still unclear. The damage is estimated at several thousand euros.
