In its statement, the association relies on data from the MV Statistical Office and the Federal Statistical Office.

According to the information, the increase in sales for January to April was 26.1 percent compared to the same period last year. Housing construction and public construction made a significant contribution with values of around 32 percent each. Quickly called for investments despite the difficult situation. According to the announcement, the construction industry recorded an increase in orders of 17.7 percent.

For April, however, public sector orders fell by 13 percent compared to the previous year.
