As a police spokeswoman said on Friday, the 51-year-old was observed on Thursday driving in snaking lines in the city center and having major parking problems. Officials called witnesses. "Despite the short distances in the small town, our people were not fast enough: when we arrived, the man at the wheel was already asleep," said the spokeswoman.
