Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: Man turns on the oven and falls asleep

Waren (dpa/mv) - Dangerous hunger: A 48-year-old man from Waren (Müritz) wanted to make something to eat in his oven and then fell asleep in the living room. Police officers took him out of his "completely smoke-filled" apartment, police said on Thursday. The smoke detector in the apartment on the fourth floor went off. He was examined by an emergency doctor, but was able to stay in his apartment.
