Schwerin (dpa/mv) - Six suspected drug dealers were arrested on Sunday during a large-scale operation by the police and customs in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. According to the public prosecutor's office in Schwerin, arrest warrants had already been issued against five of them. An arrest warrant had been requested from the district court of Wismar against the sixth on Monday. During searches in Schwerin and in the district of Northwest Mecklenburg, more than a kilogram of marijuana, 150 grams of cocaine and 500 grams of amphetamine were seized, as well as 53,000 euros in cash, weapons, several high-quality vehicles, watches and jewelry. More than 100 officers were deployed.
