Güstrow (dpa / mv) - Three people were injured in a traffic accident between Güstrow and Sarmstorf. According to the police on Sunday, a 56-year-old swerved her car to overtake a tractor with a trailer and collided sideways with the car of a 24-year-old who was also already overtaking. Her car was pushed back into the right lane and crashed into the trailer.
The 56-year-old's passenger, a 69-year-old man, was seriously injured. The driver and her one-year-old granddaughter in the back seat were taken to the hospital with symptoms of shock. Both cars are no longer roadworthy after the accident on Saturday, the damage to property is 25,000 euros, according to the police. During the rescue and clean-up work, the B103 was closed for about three hours.
