Lüttow-Valluhn (dpa/mv) - A 42-year-old man was seriously injured in an accident at work in a metal processing plant in Lüttow-Valluhn on Friday morning. As the Ludwigslust Police Inspectorate announced on Friday, the man was hit by a metal plate that was being transported on a cargo crane.
He suffered serious head injuries in the accident and had to be taken to a hospital. "According to the doctors, there is no danger to life," it said. The police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
