Bergen (dpa / mv) - A 22-year-old man hit two children in Bergen on Rügen and was admitted to a psychiatric clinic after his arrest. The boys, aged 5 and 13, suffered minor injuries, a police spokesman said. The incident happened in a park on Sunday. Two witnesses intervened and prevented worse things from happening.
